Document Hierarchy and Scope

The documents in this section are intended to complement each other.

If a product-specific privacy policy contains more specific information than a general privacy statement, the product-specific policy applies for that product.

If a customer-specific addendum or separate written agreement exists, that agreement may override the general terms for the specific customer or scope described in that agreement.

The Security Policy provides a high-level public overview. More detailed process information is provided in the SDLC, Vulnerability Management Program, and SLA.

Product Architecture Overview

DevOpsSystems provides applications for Atlassian environments.

Forge Apps

Forge apps run on Atlassian-managed Forge infrastructure. App data is processed within the Atlassian Cloud and Forge platform according to the app functionality, configured permissions, and Atlassian platform controls.

Data Center Apps

Data Center apps are installed and operated within customer-managed Atlassian environments. Customers control their own infrastructure, access rights, storage, backups, log retention, and operational configuration.
